Grief is a normal, healthy response to loss but often, in our culture, leaves us feeling isolated and alienated from those around us.

This daylong retreat provides participants with a warm, safe environment where they can share their experiences with others and in the process find support and understanding.  Using mindfulness techniques, reflective tools and embodiment exercises, and a special screening of Nancee Sobonya's film Gifts of Grief, we will explore how to find balance and restore a sense of wholeness to our lives.
